The intellectual property in the materials in Muslim Life are owned by or licensed to Muslim Life. You may download Muslim Life, to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device for your personal use only.

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication within Muslim Life. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it.
The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. Muslim Life and the materials in Muslim Life are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Muslim Life makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Muslim Life or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use Muslim Life, or any other services provided by Muslim Life or the materials in Muslim Life, even if Muslim Life or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Payments and Cancellations
You may purchase a Paid Subscription through a third party either by (A) pre-payment giving you access to the Muslim Life services for a specific time period (e.g. one year); or (B) paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis.
Muslim Life may change the price for Paid Subscriptions at any time. We may offer promotional prices for a limited time at special discounted prices. If you sign up at the discounted price rate, your monthly or yearly rate will remain at the promotional price rate indefinitely or until such time you cancel your subscription. Once a subscription is canceled at the promotional rate, you will only be able to re-subscribe based on the current price on offer at the time of subscription.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of your subscription term continuously and indefinitely unless canceled by you. You will have the right to cancel your membership at any time upon notice to Muslim Life or via a third-party platform. If your membership fee has been paid, you are entitled to all privileges until the end of your paid subscription term. You will not get a refund or any proration for the current paid billing period.
For a limited time, Muslim Life may offer a promotional trial to access premium subscription features for free. When the free trial period terminates, your membership will be automatically renewed based on the terms of your trial arrangement, i.e. you will begin a regular premium subscription period at the price you signed up for. You may choose to cancel your free trial at any time during the free trial period and before the beginning of the premium subscription period.
Muslim Life reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods for services sold, which takes immediate effect once posted on the app.
